If you've never experienced Rome, it should be on your travel short list. If you've visited and fallen in love with the Eternal City before, you know you want to go back for another encounter.

Here's an airfare deal from USAirways that is one of the best deals of the season -- so far.

The round-trip fare is $325 when departing the states Oct. 24-Dec. 13 or Dec. 25-March 31.

Trips are permitted east Sunday-Thursday and return flights Monday-Thursday. Add $25 each way for other travel days. A one month stay is permitted.

Total ticket rates including fuel surcharges, taxes and fees is $736.80 ($900 on competing carriers).

USAirways serves Rome via one flight connection in Philadelphia.
